Declaration Requirements<\/b><\/p>

\u2022 Residential Address Proof (Ration Card \/ Driving License) for Documentation, Bank and Taxation formalities.

Terms & Conditions<\/b><\/p>

1. The Owner \/ Mediator of the material will deposit the Non Refundable Security Deposit in the Company Account. The Owner\/Mediator will submit his Certified Address Proof, Signature Verification Certificate from any Nationalized Bank and three pre-signed Stamp Papers (Rs.200\/- each)
2. An appropriate Date will be decided suitable for both parties not before 48 hours of payment. (Subject to availability of Tester \/ Metallurgist) On the said date the Company Authorized Coordinator along with duly Qualified and Authorized Tester\/Metallurgist will arrive at the Testing Spot.
3. Company\u2019s representatives will not exhibit any Profile, Documents, Licenses, Cash or Fund Proof until the Material is certified by the Company Tester\/Metallurgist as positive.
4. Only 2 persons from the Owner side will be present during the Test along with the Company\u2019s representatives (2 persons). Company has the right to refuse to test the material if more than two people are present during the test is performed.
5. Testing Spot should be any house \/ building within a radius of two kilometers from the place mentioned in the Bond with complete Motor able road till the Destination, else Company will refuse to test the material. It should be in a decent Residential locality or hotel safe & Suitable for business. Forests, Fields, Mountains, Lakes, Rivers, Farm houses etc. are not valid. Company will refuse to go to the spot if there is any doubt regarding Security of the Company personals. The Company\u2019s decision in this aspect will be final and binding on the Owner\/Mediators.
6. Within six hours after payment of Security Amount, a Finance Bond will be issued by the Company which will be valid for 12 hours only, after which the bond will stand Expired. Material and Testing Spot cannot be changed after the Bond is issued. Bond issued is Valid for one material \/ item \/ piece only and cannot be transferred.
7. If Owner \/ Mediator fail to produce the material within the 12 hour Bond period or if the material fails the test, the Bond Stands expired and the Company Coordinator along with the Tester \/ Metallurgist will leave the Spot and the Security Amount paid will be forfeited.
8. Test should be allowed freehand without any interruptions and conditions. Company will refuse to test the material if the Owner\/Mediators interfere in the testing process. Owner \/ Mediators will stand minimum 10(TEN) feet away during the test. Company will conduct the Tests once or as many times as required by the Tester \/ Metallurgist till the Company is totally satisfied.
9. Test Timings are in between 08.00am to before Noon only.
10. Once all the tests are performed\/completed by the Company\u2019s representatives and the Material is Certified\/Tested,
11. The company will pay an initial cash token of Rupees *Twenty five Crores – (Indian Rupees) within four hours in Metro Cities and within eight to twelve hours in other Cities, Small Towns and Villages. Payment Timings are 10.00am to 4.00pm on working days only.
12. In the next three working days 50% of the remaining amount will be paid and the balance in full will be paid in the next seven working days. All payments will be Bank to Bank transfers.
13. The material will be in the joint custody of both the Company and the Owner, Till final payment is Paid by the company
14. Documentation will complete in approximately 15 to 25 days.
15. The company collects certificates for from various Departments of Govt of India

\u2022 IRDL (Indian research development Laboratory
\u2022 RBI (Reserve Bank of India Clearance from Govt of India)<\/p>

16. Each beneficiary will have to submit
\u2022 Ten passport size photographs
\u2022 Photo Identity Card Voters Identity Card\/Pan Card\/Driving License
\u2022 Residential Address Proof (Ration Card \/ Driving License) for Documentation, Bank and Taxation formalities.
17. Company\u2019s representatives will talk and deal only with the person who pays the Security Amount and not with anyone else.
18. All legal matters subject to *MUMBAI JURISDICTION only.
19. The Company\u2019s Tester\/Metallurgist decision will be final and binding on the Seller \/ Mediators.<\/p>

TESTING SPOT CODE :<\/b><\/p>

1. Testing Spot should be any building \/ hall \/ house with four walls and roof.
2. It should be calm and quiet, Situated in a decent residential locality suitable for business.
3. It should be close to any Metro or Big City.
4. There should be a proper motor able road (Tar \/ cement) right up to the Testing Spot where any four wheelers can be driven.
5. Mobile phone range should be available.
Note: Company will not test the material if the above conditions are not fulfilled.<\/p>

BOND RENEWAL CODE<\/b><\/p>

\u2022 After expiry of the first Bond (*12hours) the same can be renewed instantly in the following manner.
\u2022 60% of Security Amount if renewed within the first hour.
\u2022 80% of Security Amount if renewed within the next six hours.
\u2022 Full Security Amount will have to be paid after seven hours.
\u2022 Incase testing schedule is cancelled or postponed after paying the Security Amount and before the Bond is issued the same will be retained for 30 days after which it will be forfeited. It can be used for the same or different material in those 30 days only. Conveyance will be additional. In case of renewed bond, it can be used for same material in those 30 days only.<\/p>

4. Sound Test. (Light will go off on any sound)
5. Reading Light. (Newspaper reading light should be more than three feet)
